the end is near
it's been a while since i posted anything of merit, so i thought i'd give it a shot. i'm sure i'll fail dreadfully in producing any meritable substance, but here goes:
i'm now done with classes for the semester and finals are looming overhead. again i've done a remarkable job of procrastinating, so i have 4 long dull chapters of history to read. but... considering the amount of stuff i've had to do this past week for that and other classes, i really think i'm coming along quite nicely. having only the history left to read is astonishing... now i just need to get it done and be ready for the exams. we're into 'intensive quiet hours' here in the dorms so basically we must all become mutes. we're also in the finals schedule for working desk, so i put in my 7 hours today and have more in the coming days. at least we can talk down there.
in other more exciting news, we have a considerable amount of fluffy snow on the ground which looks perfect for romping in and coincidentally, i won a sled at CRU last night... now somebody just find me some time. brendon and i had a jolly time driving around the night the snow fell. stevens point apparently doesn't believe in plowing snow covered roads as long as its still snowing, so the roads were buried under inches of fluff that make small cars get stuck and jeep owners quite happy (or at least brendon). a few donuts were done, a few corners fish-tailed around... you know, the driving that makes you nervous when it's happening and once foot hits ground you say: FUN! i also experienced the sport of broomball. i wasn't playing, but wished i had been. looked quite fun.
well that small bit about wraps up my life. until wednesday night i will be chained to my books with the potential desire of death hovering around me. one more thing though.... today marks the day that Jordan becomes old like me! happy birthday bud and welcome to the wonderful age of 20. it's all downhill from here...
that's all for now... bubye
